ClipSync is a private content management and publishing tool used to prepare, organize, and publish short-form video content to connected social media accounts.

By using ClipSync, you agree that you are responsible for the content you upload, save, and publish through the tool. You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use. You are also responsible for following the rules, terms, and community guidelines of any connected platform, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

ClipSync does not guarantee that content will be successfully published to any third-party platform. Posting may fail because of platform restrictions, account permissions, API limits, app review status, expired access tokens, file issues, or other technical reasons.

ClipSync may store video files, captions, titles, descriptions, publishing status, and platform post IDs in order to manage drafts and track publishing results.

This tool is provided as-is with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or platform approval.
